Get involved
This event is all about sharing best practice.
If you have a service or idea you would like to share, a problem to solve or a question you would like to ask, please let us know.
We won’t ask for lots of preparatory work, just a willingness to talk through your experience.
And please bring along any young adult patients who would like to come
